Refund Policy

At EcoSmartCart, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect and process every order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

All Sales Are Final

Because many of our products are shipped directly from our trusted fulfilment partners, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we've got you covered.

You do not need to return the item.

Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing smartcart.care@gmail.com and include:

Your order number
Clear photos or videos showing the issue
A brief description of the problem

After reviewing your claim, we will, at our discretion:

Issue a full refund to your original payment method, or
Send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind
Ordering the wrong product, size, or colour
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Delivery delays caused by customs, weather, or the shipping carrier
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, where legally applicable.

Refund Processing

Once your request has been approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
